Club Dinner 2018

The clubs Annual Dinner has been booked at the Craven Arms, Giggleswick on Saturday 3rd. March 2018. The price is £25 for a three course meal + tea or coffee. This is the same venue as last year when we were very pleased with both the service and quality of food. Places are limited due to the size of the venue so you are recommended to book early. Martin will be organising a minibus from and to the farm but places must be pre booked and paid for in advance to him. Members wishing to book overnight

MENU: Starters: Homemade Soup, or Homemade Bread Halloumi & heritage tomato salad, toasted pine nuts and pesto dressing or Blue Pig Black Pudding, free range poached egg, wholegrain mustard sauce, or Smoked Salmon, pickled vegetables, seasonal leaves.
Main Courses: Pan seared Salmon, buttered new potatoes, creamy prawn & tarragon sauce or Chicken Breast, creamy mashed potato, mushroom & pearl onion jus or Root Vegetable Gratin, winter greens or Salted Beef Wellington, fondant potato, pan jus. All served with seasonal vegetables.

Puddings: Lemon Tart, or Seasonal Fruit Compote or Warm Chocolate Brownie, Chantilly cream, or Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce or Selection of Local Cheeses served with sticky fig chutney, crackers, fruit cake
