Annual Dinner 2017

The Menu for the 2017 Annual Dinner to be held on Saturday 18th March at the Craven Arms, Giggleswick is now available. The cost will be £25 per head.

Accommodation is available at the Craven Arms (although it’s not cheap -£60 per person per night – they have 8 rooms on site) or there are a number of other suitable places in Settle. If anybody wishes to book accommodation, they should do so by contacting the hotel direct. Assuming there is sufficient interest, I will also arrange a transfer bus from the Farm to the Craven Arms and back but I need to know in advance.

Homemade Soup, Freshly baked bread roll or

Halloumi and Heritage Tomato Salad with toasted pine nuts and Pesto Dressing or

Blue Pig black pudding topped with free range poached egg and a wholegrain mustard sauce

Pan seared salmon served with buttered new potatoes and a cream prawn and

tarragon sauce. or

Chicken Breast Served with creamy mashed potato and a mushroom & pearl onion jus or

Beetroot and Yellison’s goat cheese cheesecake served with new potatoes and

watercress salad. or

Salted Beef Wellington served with fondant potato and pan jus.

All served with seasonal vegetables
